First question, Video On Demand or Live Webcast

VS

VIDEO ON DEMAND:

Video on demand is like the ENTIRE competition recorded on a DVR.  You purchase minutes to use how you would like.  The routines will be availablve for view in the hours or days following each event.  You can watch them over and over if you want.   They will remain available for viewing for at least 60 days.  It is like buying a calling card for a DVR.   You only use minutes when a routine is playing.

LIVE WEBCAST:

A webcast is LIVE as it happens.  You must be present when the routine happens in order to see it.  You can go from room to room as you want to for the entire period you purchased. If you purchase the "BOTH DAYS" option, you can come and go as you want with no time restraints.

VIDEO ON DEMAND FAQ

What is the difference between a Webcast and Video On Demand?
A webcast is a live broadcast of the event.  You cannot fast forward or rewind just like scheduled television programs.  Video On Demand on the other hand, is like a DVR where you can watch when you want to, fast forward and rewind as much as you want.  A webcast costs one amount for the entire event, where Video On Demand, you pay for minutes on a pre-payment method.

If I buy minutes for one event, can I watch another event with those minutes?
Unfortunately, with all the different events happening, we need to keep viewing of events separate.  It is a conflict of interest to charge to watch one event and let customers use those minutes to view other events.

When will the routines be available to watch on the Video On Demand?
Most routines will be available in 30-60 minutes after they perform.  Occasionally, there are technical issues that cause delays.  These routines will not be available until the end of the day when the problem can be fixed and the routine uploaded.  By the next day, all routines should be available for viewing.  Remember you will have 365 days to view these performances.

My username and password are not working, what am I doing wrong?

When setting up a username and password, you must remember it exactly as you set it up.  It is case sensitive.  If you forget your password, click forgot password and a temporary one will be emailed to the email address on file.
